With over a decade of experience, she’s led major conferences, brand activations, and international programs with an eye for detail and a knack for calm in chaos. Her favorite events combine smart strategy, immersive experiences, and just the right amount of sparkle. She’s known for her thoughtful leadership and creative solutions—especially when things get complicated. Outside the ballroom, she finds joy in painting, hiking, and music. Her hidden talent? Turning event chaos into beautifully executed calm.

Sophia brings her energy, industry savvy, and warmth to every event. With a background in hospitality and a Master’s degree in Event Management, she’s spent the past 4+ years managing everything from global conferences to executive summits. She’s a go-to for clients who need a sharp thinker with a calm demeanor. Her superpower is turning brand stories into seamless, high-impact experiences that hit every goal. When she’s not planning weddings, she’s exploring local coffee shops or hosting friends for a killer dinner party.
